Isaac has been working as a part-time swimming coach with Sun and Surf Company for 3 years and is paid $25/hour to coach young children to swim. The company is run by his father’s friend, Uncle Joe.
In June, the company will be organizing a camp for children aged 10-12. The camp is led by Fred, a full-time employee, with Isaac as the committee member. However they soon realised that they have differing opinions on many issues. In negotiating with the catering vendor, Fred is of the opinion that they should squeeze the vendor’s profits. Isaac disagrees with Fred’s tactics of lying to the vendor about having received lower quotations from other vendors and prefers a more straightforward approach.
To compound the issue, another company, Fast Learners Club is offering Isaac $40/hour to take on a similar coaching role. Isaac is tempted by the offer but he is also keen to stay on in Sun and Surf. He wants to gain experience by running the camp and he has a good relationship with Uncle Joe. In addition, he hopes to get a pay increment for his coaching services but he feels awkward to broach the topic of remuneration with Uncle Joe.
Isaac intends to have a talk with Uncle Joe and Fred individually to resolve the issues soon. Help Isaac to prepare for his meetings with Uncle Joe and Fred.

camwhored alot yesterday cause it was cognitive module

went to bball match with sulan after sch ends
and now she wants to go watch again on thursday to see rp guy no.33
haha..i think rp no.20 is not bad
tp won sp.kinda expected
np won rp.also kinda expected.lol
and rp's coach seriously lok like a drink stall vendor
and he's damn noisy and so low tone
haha.i and sulan was mimicking him when hearing him shouting and all those
well,thursday prolly going watch bball match again.though i said i won't want go anymore,always feel very lethargic by the time i reached home.
talked to wanyee in msn yesterday.i really miss her =(
hope that she is able to come rp =)
well,sometimes i really think that guys ar so irritating and troublesome
yes i know,haha i do have guy friends ,close friends like nizzam and yongpoh.
haha.but still,=x
now i wanna have a dog again.
but i am still sad over fluffy
maybe getting a dog is able to clear things off my mind
and no,i am not emo-ing
